Having 20 years of experience as both a certified real estate appraiser and associate broker, it gives him the ability to provide a unique real estate perspective to his clients. An appraisal background enables him to give an accurate vision on what truly adds value to a home and makes certain investments better than others.
Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Andrew has seen the real estate transformation the metro area has gone through firsthand. When new development started in the urban areas, he took his first endeavor at developing new construction, and successfully sold that project. From there he acquired more property and self-managed multiple units, adding property management skills along the way.
